Taskbar keeps disappearing and cannot get it back w/out restarting!

My taskbar keeps disappearing randomly and will not come back until I restart.  Once I restart the taskbar comes back and then disappears again. I have looked at the other solutions from people having similar problems and the solutions do not work.

My taskbar keeps disappearing randomly and will not come back until I restart.  Once I restart the taskbar comes back and then disappears again. I have looked at the other solutions from people having similar problems and the solutions do not work. 

open Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del, click Task Manager)

Click on File>New Task (Run) and enter "explorer.exe" (without the quotes)

Then click OK.

Does it come back?

    "This can be associated with 3rd party screensavers.  I would start by disabling your current screensaver and replacing it with a preloaded one.  "

    It was really helpful. I had downloaded a screensaver and since I took it out and returned the default Windows 7 screensavers my taskbar has never disappeared again.

    TEMPORARY FIX:

    Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del, click Start Task Manager)

    Click on the PROCESSES tab

    Find the "explorer.exe" under IMAGE Name and click on it

    Click "End Process" (Lower right corner) (This closes the previous explorer desktop)

    Click on FILE (upper left corner)

    Click on NEW TASK

    Type in "explorer"

    Hit OK button 

    This works for me.Thanks!

    1. Right click on the task bar.. 
    2. Properties. 
    3. Click 'Auto-hide task bar' so it has a tick in it.. 
    4. Apply.
    5. Click 'Auto-hide task bar' once again so tick disappears.
    6. Apply.
