ERROR CODE 80072EFE WHILE ATTEMPTING TO UPDATE IN WINDOWS UPDATE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. McAFEE installed after win security ess. uninstalled. several problems w/  programs " not responding" constantly and pc running very slow.  compaq presario  SR5550F

    I tried to find Tony Caldwell's reply but cant find it.  I clicked on the email link, I also tried to go into the community and find it but could not.  I am at a loss.  I all I get is to go to to Kaspersky....which I already ran.

    I ran TDSSKILLER and didn't find any infected files. Windows 10 still will not install.

    Any other suggestions?
