How to run an executable internally along with other background processes in the system during the startup?

Ok but if i insert a button how to add text?

And one more problem with my VS2010.

Am not able to open a saved project:(

It will scan all the files and shows ready and will stop there.

I can only build or debug but the code field will be blank.

Should i post the image?
