C# applies well in Cloud computing, however, you must have

a Server, and have to setup a set of API-keys, which C# can

then invoke, like Twitter API for C#.

From what I know, Simple Object Access Protocol or SOAP is used.

Actually i have to submit the synopsis this saturday and we can start with the project and we have to complete it before december.

And the implementation of the project should be done after that.

I am not asking you to help me in doing the entire project and i know its very difficult.

Just give me an idea what project i can do..

Let it be c or c++ or Java etc.,.

NOt sure, my best advice use C# and .NET and make something you want.
