How to make that *.bat or *.exe file to work as background process?
Its not built from c or c++ codes.
Is there any software or are there any steps to follow?

Sorry I don't understand this question. Please clarify exactly what
you want to do.
And what is this "executable file"? What is its name? What does it do?

It is a *.batch file which he converted, you might need to follow his first post
in order for you to fully understand the OP's issue. Ken, check the OP's first
POST on this forum, it is a programming challange he wants to produce
software under Windows Environment using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010,
currently I've been helping him.

If it is an executable file which was converted from batch file then how to put the path?
There is no program for it. Only one command.
Is there any other method to make it work at background?

Hi Abhilash:
You must put the path to the program in a String_REG value
in Windows® Registry under the following path:
*HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run*
