You're as bad as the other MVP. Giving out bad information and playing down the proper information from the people who know!
What about firmware upgrades? Timelapse? Remote controls? I leave my camera in remote areas and remote into my laptop from home (laptop connected to the camera!) and start and stop timelapse functions.
We're not really talking a CONSUMER camera here... there are plenty of reasons to connect a camera to a computer. If you're MVP wisdom doesn't use those applications or see any need for them then please don't contribute because you're not helping anyone/anything.
Spot on goblynn93 except this is a MS issue and they keep skirting round it, we all know we get bugs with a new OS and these can be ironed out. The issue here is MS aren't admitting this is their problem.
We all know this software works with XP and Vista so 7 should be backwardly compatible with this software, afterall it is a simple i/o issue.
So COME ON MICROSOFT SORT IT!
