It wont let me play games it keep saying cannot connect to server

    I can't  play Microsoft jigsaw or solitair and I keep getting error codes 0x80072EFD****and 1170000 and it says "Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help" now it has been a week. I have tried everything that you people have sugested and nothing works now it tells me I am not connected to the Internet but if I wasn't I could not post this.  I am signed in to your site and that does not help.
