Cannot play games Error "cannot connect to server"

Before we troubleshoot the issue I need more information about the issue you are facing.

-      Which is the game you are trying to play?

-      Does this happen with all the games or any particular game?

-      Are you trying to play an online game or is the game installed on the computer?

-      If it’s an online game, are you able to access internet on the computer?

-      Since when are you facing this issue?

-      Did you make any changes to the computer before this issue started?

-      Is it a wireless connection or is it connected through Ethernet?

It is an online game, did not change anything before starting to play. I have windows 7.  I have played it before and now it won't open. I can connect to other things ie: Facebook, etc. but the games tell me I am not online......Family Feud,,Jewel quest.....

• Are you using Internet Explorer or any third party Internet broweser to play the games?

If you are using Internet Explorer, you may optimize Internet Explorer settings on your computer and check if it works fine.Access the link below and follow the steps to optimize Internet Explorer.

Also reset Internet Explorer settings and check if it helps. Follow method 4 in the above article to reset Internet Explorer.

I am still having the same issue after i completed all of the steps above, as well as the other two exact questions sent in. Still saying can not connect to server.

You are not alone.  I can't connect either.   So Microsoft did something.  Hoping for a fix soon!
