My son was playing on to different websites this morning and then we went for a walk and nethier of us could get back on the two sites , just says not connected to internet but was able to get on some other sites. Not sure what to do?

2016-12-21T17:57:06+00:00 i have been unable to play several online games for over a week , the web sites they give for support just end up in 404 error with no change of address. very frustrated with this,not a smart tech person can't figure problem myself can't get help from the games home pages. my xbox1 is connected it just cant find a server ???? PLEASE HELP

2016-12-21T01:26:41+00:00 I am not suggesting that you do this, but once I bought something at the "eliminate ads" level i stopped having any trouble. One friend of mine thought it might simply be a timeout issue, where the game server is busy and your computer or your internet service times out. Just some thoughts, as I am not a tech person.
