Cannot play games Error "cannot connect to server"

I just got a game in that I use o play years back online......anytime I open it and try to logon online to play it it says logon failed.....my internet is working fine I can google and everything else im just having trouble with loging onto internet in game

For the last two days, I haven't been able to play the Internet Hearts or Internet Spades that was installed on my computer.  I am still on Windows XP.  It says the game server has not responded.  It may be temporarily unavailable. You can continue to wait....   Then it said unable to connect to game server.  I cleaned all my cache, cookies, etc.

trying to play the casino card games on aolfreegames....have an acoount but games will not come up

I am playing mitos.is the game an online game and for some weird reason it works at my school but not at my own house with me being connecting to my internet. I started facing this issue about 2 months into the school year because it worked at first but after sometime it stopped connecting me and it always says retry connection or contact developer and i have internet. Also i did not make any changes to my computer when this started to happen and after sometime it just stopped letting me connect to the game.
