I'm connected to the internet, but not connected.

An overly geekified, user unfriendly program. The fact that anyone has to ask questions about this shows what a failure the Microsoft design team is. Consider this: I cannot give feedback about this issue because it says I am not connected to the Internet. Catch 22 all over again. Who designed this mess? Who tested this?

Yes, it is difficult.  It didn't used to be.  Now, It seems, my live mail has been usurped by ...ack...facebook, another confusing thing.  Mind you, I live in two places, neither of them good internet connections.  Yet, Bill Gates, a bulti-billionaire with internet connections to die for, figures we should be loving his MS Publisher and MS Word online!   Oh how I long for ye olde Outlook, Word, and  the Publisher that you didn't have to be online to use!  Most of Canada has terrible internet--just awful!  Unless you live in the urbs.  I don't.
