i want to change the colour of the taskbar in windows 7 but how do i do it?

start > control panel > personalization > then ... window color .

    Hi, right click on your desktop and you will see personalize on the bottom, then when the page opens at the bottom you wioll see windows colour, that changes it, hope this helps.

    Seriously? all this to change a menu? Ok, new set of instructions:

    1. Get linux (ubuntu will work)
    2. Right click the task bar
    3. click preferences
    4. change the color
