2014-11-16T03:53:59+00:00 - You can change the color of your window frames, the Start menu, and the task-bar. Open Personalize by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalize, and then clicking Personalize. Under Window Color and Appearance, click the coloryou want, and then click OK.

2014-08-25T13:09:45+00:00 have managed to change colours every where but the task bar at the moment it's a very light blue
