click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!

2011-09-29T07:49:10+00:00 THANK YOU. Your Un-tick "windows live" solution worked. iexplore.exe did not appear in the window so that was not part of the issue for me. After rebooting the message reappeared but today, after closing "Inet Explorer (IE)" last night, I was able to reopen windows & IE and then FB & Hotmail without the message appearing so the issue is fixed. GOOD ADVICE, AGAIN THANKS!
