click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!

THANK YOU. Your Un-tick "windows live" solution worked. iexplore.exe did not appear in the window so that was not part of the issue for me. After rebooting the message reappeared but today, after closing "Inet Explorer (IE)" last night, I was able to reopen windows & IE and then FB & Hotmail without the message appearing so the issue is fixed. GOOD ADVICE, AGAIN THANKS!

I've carried out all the steps in the answer however Windows Live or iexplore.exe are not listed in my "start up tab". What do I do now?

go to the start button and write there system configuration click the service tab where you find the windows live id sign-in Assistant clik the tab and restart ur pc it will solve INSHAALLAH

When you say "find the windows live id sign-in Assistant clik the tab", do you mean untick the box next go Window Live ID Sign In Assistant? If not, please can you explain in more detail. Thanks
