click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!

    okay this worked for me

    start

    type in msconfig

    services

    uncheck

    Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant

    Apply

    restart

    The key is to click on the services tab

    That is just cure for symptoms.

    Unfortunately my computer will not let me delete WLIDSVCM.exe.
