click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!

I did all this but when choosing msconfig or iexplore.exe I had neither to choose.  There wasnt that option from the startup tab.

So I still have it coming up on my system.

I renamed the file instead of deleting it. Worked!  No message and, so far, no problems.
