click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!

2014-05-27T11:21:14+00:00 I also have this problem, but when I look at startup under msconfig there are no entries for iexplorer or Windows Live in the list. The only MS service is Onelive which is ticked.

2014-05-20T15:24:21+00:00 Dear Microsoft staff
I installed my disk that I bought from a reputable computer dealer with Windows 7 Home Premium to be used on 3 computers at my home. Now after months of using it on the 2nd computer, it asks if this windows copy is legally licensed? What can I do to solve this problem?
