click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!

2015-06-12T14:04:06+00:00 I get this message too even though my 'windows live'program is already unticked and I don't have 'iexplorer.exe in the list.
What do I do to get rid of this annoying message that appears regularly.
