click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!

    Yes,I get the same error code when starting. I use Windows Live Mail, Move Maker and Photo Gallery installed. Can't find Windows Live ID Sign-In Assistant, although this seems to be a source of the trouble.
