click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!
Every time I log into Windows I get a message saying: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=144689
original title: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=144689
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=144689 What do I do with this? It appears every time I turn my computer on. Thank you

2014-09-17T15:17:51+00:00 I did this hoping it would solve the problem, but it still shows up. I need another solution. Why is this happening after the last update?

2014-09-10T02:42:10+00:00 I went to the startup after msconfig but neither "windows live or "iexplorer.exe" was present with a check mark
Do you have somewhere else to look.
I tried a search for both but nothing was found
