click start button and type "msconfig" and hit enter. When open goto startup tab and un-tick the program with name of "windows live" or "iexplore.exe" and hit apply and close. Hope it will help!

2011-12-11T21:06:24+00:00 changed it to delayed start and that fixed the problem. restarted 5 times and i never saw 144689 again.
