I have a EasyCap DC60 on Win 7 x64, I found these drivers worked for me perfectly.

Windows 7 (64-bit) cannot find a driver for "USB 2.0 Video Capture Controller" and therefore I am unable to install my EasyCap USB 2.0 Video Capture device. Windows Update was no help. Does anybody know if there is a driver anywhere that will work SPECIFICALLY for Windows 7 64bit? I've tried several drivers for Vista64 but they didn't work....

1. Who is the manufacturer of the device?
2. What is the model number?
3. Is it working on a different computer?
4. When was it last working fine?
If you are unable to find the drivers you might have to contact the manufacturer and check if the drivers are available for windows 7.
You may open this link and click on the Fixit button. It might fix the issue related to USB devices.

After review, I respectfully suggest that my issue is exactly the same issue that initiated this thread. I have the same issue that that gentleman had and no answers have yet been forthcoming. The problem is that no one has an answer that meets every one's needs. The manufacturer of my video capture device even sent me a new unit free of charge and it too was not recognized by the Dell Inspiron 620. The recommended drivers were installed and they reside in the computer's programs, but they do not show up in the device manager in any form. If the device showed up as unknown device, I could deal with it, but alas it doesn't.

2011-11-18T21:56:05+00:00 It has been suggested that I no longer respond to this thread and I have decided to do so. I am old and cannot wait for what should be a proper answer. I have taken the brute force approach to resolving my problem. I play my videos into my large screen HD TV receiver and record the pictures with my brand new Panasonic HD digital camcorder. My computer does recognize these digital recordings. I edit these digital files with CyberLinks PowerDirector 10 software and the resultant DVDs are absolutely gorgeous. It was very important to me to get this done. Some of my films date back to 1941 ! It's the hard way, but it gets the job done. Regards to all.
