Windows 7 (64-bit) cannot find a driver for "USB 2.0 Video Capture Controller" and therefore I am unable to install my EasyCap USB 2.0 Video Capture device. Windows Update was no help. Does anybody know if there is a driver anywhere that will work SPECIFICALLY for Windows 7 64bit? I've tried several drivers for Vista64 but they didn't work....

HI Keyser84
1. Who is the manufacturer of the device?
2. What is the model number?
3. Is it working on a different computer?
4. When was it last working fine?
If you are unable to find the drivers you might have to contact the manufacturer and check if the drivers are available for windows 7.
You may open this link and click on the Fixit button. It might fix the issue related to USB devices.

Downloaded the above drivers and win 7 pro sees the device as a video capture device but windows movie maker does not see it....
Took a chance and tried the driver. It works great. I spent a lot of time searching for this solution. Thanks for posting the 64 bit fix. I'm using the Ulead program that came with the Easy Cap USB package. Worked fine as is, did not have to change any default settings.
Thanks again
I have the same device and same system, and the Ulead Studios software is best. the software it came with was ArcSoft and it didn't even work with it! I tried the Ulead Studios since I already had it and found it compatible. Also, Ulead is all around the best and easiest to use. It's packed full of features that I haven't been able to top with any other program I have used.
Now my problem is the videoglide software that I used it with on my Mac! Saying there is a problem with the software & won't work! Sheesh... it's always something!
