Original Title: I want to download the complete mr fix it tool, but I can not find the location to do this.
I have downloaded this to my windows ep computer, but I can not find the donload when I am on my windows 7 computer.

No. As long as you have updated as far as SP1 [see Control panel, System] then you can upgrade to Windows 10. SP1 was issued in early 2011 so you almost certainly do have it.
There is a discussion of some compatibility issues and links to the Windows 10 system requirements in Windows 7, 8.1, 10 compatibility testing for Windows XP, Vista - WiKi Whilst this article was primarily written for XP & Vista, it also has useful information for you but, if you have run the Windows 7 GWX compatibility checker, then there will be no need for you to run anything else.
You can also avoid Windows update for the upgrade to Windows 10. Use the procedural guide & links in Download Windows 10 and its companion FAQ page to make your own installation disk then run its setup from Windows Windows 7 [i.e. not by booting from the installation disk]. This procedure is called an In-Place Upgrade or Repair install.
- During the procedure, skip the dialog for putting in a product key so that the system is forced to look at your existing activation to recognise your entitlement to the upgrade. It will then activate when you go online afterwards.
- You should keep the installation disk as you might well decide to do a clean installation in the future. You will still not need any product key as your Windows 10 activation will have been saved on MS activation servers & it will activate again after any future reinstallation.
