I have a "favorites" listed on my toolbar, but there are several items in it that I would like to delete. But ... I don't know how to. Would someone please tell me how, in a language an elderly, non computer savy, person could understand? Thank you kindly!

Another method you may try:
1) Click on "Favorites" (in the upper tool bar)
2) Select "Organize Favorites"
3) A small window will open where all of your
favorites are listed.
Click on the item to be removed to highlight it,
then Click on the Delete button at the bottom.
4) The Organize Favorites window will remain open
to allow more items to be deleted.

This again did not help. I right click and it opens that Favorite. I want to delete it.

my question was :
how to SELECTIVELY delete (usual highlight those I want deleted)
those msg in facebook messenger !
This page is completely dedicated to the instructions of deleting a favorite bookmark from your internet browser. It has nothing to do with messenger. Although you can delete messages from messenger by pressing and holding on the message you want to delete, any questions related to it should probably be sent to the Facebook messenger support team, and not posted inside and the relevant conversation about deleting browser bookmarks.
