will Lotus SmartSuite run on Windows 7?

Planning on updating office computer. Our Tech doesn't think our lotus will run on the new Windows 7 64 bit. Need to confirm.

IBM is marketing Lotus now, so it's up to them.  http://www-01.ibm.com/software/lotus/products/smartsuite/

If it works on Vista, it's very likely to work on Win7.

    I think a lot of people are missing the point with their answers.  The question was "will Lotus Smatsuite run with Windows 7 64 BIT ?", not "will it run on Windows  7 ?"  The answer is NO.  IBM state this fact clearly on their web site http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21411413

    Actually that is NOT what it says. It says the exact opposite. Here is a cut and paste from the page YOUR link takes one to. Microsoft Windows 7:

    Microsoft Windows 7 was released in both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit versions.

    • The 32-bit version and 64-bit version of Windows 7 are supported by IBM/Lotus.

     No major compatibility issues have been reported when running SmartSuite or Organizer on the Windows 7 version. Therefore, Lotus Product Support is available to take calls related to Windows 7 from licensed SmartSuite and Organizer customers who are on active maintenance.

    I am trying to install Lotus 123  9.8 on a Win 7( home & home office)  64  bit laptop. I progress with setup.exe until the program relects the C & D ( the Lotus DVD) drives and tells me that there is not enough room on D.

    I am unable to switch to C drive.

    It does indicate, on a previous screen,  that it will install to c:\lotus.

    Any ideas?

    I tried copying the Lotus DVD to C\documents  then rebooting. I get the same error message " Not enough room on D drive. D drive ie empty.

    I think what is causing this is the install needs a location for the temporary install files. Since the DVD drive can't hold them, the install fails.

    What I did was:

    1. change the dvd drive letter to other than d:
    2. copy the install files to a flash drive and mount it as a d: drive
    3. run setup from there.

    It worked for me.
