Why am I not getting rewards points for searches?

I was searching for my daily rewards points on my phone and computer. For my computer I was rewarded for 9 searches, and it stopped granting points after that and on mobile only 2 searches granted points to my account. I tried multiple browsers and devices and searched a variety of searches. I would like to know if this is a bug or if I need to fix something on my end.

They changed everything lately. No more bonus as everyone has mentioned. Now, I just read on MSN that they are requiring a 3-search/15minutes capacity... they are calling it a "cooldown". So, you can only get 15 points per 15 mintues.... so much for Bing... I'll go back to Google Search for all my research... Bing isn't worth it anymore. It'll take forever to get any rewards so it's not worth it for a sub-par search engine. As of October, you could possibly max everything out in searches and activities and MAYBE get a $10 gift card in a month's time... now it'll take about twice that time... and you have to work on it throughout the day instead of an intense hour or two. I don't sit on a computer all day... only for a couple hours with work while I do product research... I'll search hundreds of websites in a couple hours... so all I could get from Microsoft Rewards is maybe 100 points... the rest of the 50 allowed per day in searches is unachievable as I'm not on all day.... so, forget it Bing, sorry, you lost a customer with this.

    What a <profanity removed> mess. If something doesn't change soon, I'm out. Reward point totals don't add up, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Hey, Microsoft, are you listening? You're trying to push Bing to make it a more prominent search engine in order to increase revenue and basically, we're getting paid a small fee to help you achieve that goal. Inconsistency is not going to help you get there.

    The rewards system is **** and if you bother to send in a report ticket it goes nowhere. They never give past points you earned and do not follow up on any reports. They simply disappear after a while. Honestly leaving this place s a great idea. The Bing search engine is highly biased and the Copilot AI regularly gives false information even though it always claims it was just a simple error when pressed further. Furthermore, if you make any complaint to the AI it cuts you off and ends the conversation. This place is an emotionless AI hell.

    last week i had enough points to redeem for a reward which i did. now i am no longer using bing and ms edge for searches. it used to be open all day and no longer is. i am using chrome now. chrome is much faster especially in the morning when launching it. edge used to take 5-10 mins to begin using its tabs as it was completely locked while booting up. task manager would show 100% disk use for edge and always some system task would be triggered with it. with chrome, tabs are available immediately and no issues with disk usage or any system task running.

    Yes that's what I was talking about, why can't there just be an infinite amount of searches?
