Why am I not getting rewards points for searches?

I was searching for my daily rewards points on my phone and computer. For my computer I was rewarded for 9 searches, and it stopped granting points after that and on mobile only 2 searches granted points to my account. I tried multiple browsers and devices and searched a variety of searches. I would like to know if this is a bug or if I need to fix something on my end.

They changed everything lately. No more bonus as everyone has mentioned. Now, I just read on MSN that they are requiring a 3-search/15minutes capacity... they are calling it a "cooldown". So, you can only get 15 points per 15 mintues.... so much for Bing... I'll go back to Google Search for all my research... Bing isn't worth it anymore. It'll take forever to get any rewards so it's not worth it for a sub-par search engine. As of October, you could possibly max everything out in searches and activities and MAYBE get a $10 gift card in a month's time... now it'll take about twice that time... and you have to work on it throughout the day instead of an intense hour or two. I don't sit on a computer all day... only for a couple hours with work while I do product research... I'll search hundreds of websites in a couple hours... so all I could get from Microsoft Rewards is maybe 100 points... the rest of the 50 allowed per day in searches is unachievable as I'm not on all day.... so, forget it Bing, sorry, you lost a customer with this.

    Looks like Microsoft is giving up on search engines now. Everybody will go back to Google.

    I believe bing no longer wants to reward users for gift cards. Iv been a long time bing searcher, about 8 years now. We do searches so we can get rewards/ streaks. And so on.

    I can not afford a robot to … do searches for me??? All customers want is rewards as before for daily searches just to get our $5 or $10 Amazon we used your site. Now stick to helping us help you.

    This CHANGE IS VERY UNFAIR. now I’m researching others that will reward my loyalty

    i definily argee with that...microsoft bing just keep making it harder and harder from us to earn points...day by day it will only get harder if the microsoft bing dev really hate us user...

    I don't get points for searches anymore again . This is really annoying and it's not the first time this happends . Well my goal is very close only 75 points and my goal will be reached . After that I'm going back to google .
