My favourites Bar icons in Windows 11 are not coloured. How can I restore the colour.

I would like to restore colour into my Favourite Bar now they are colourless.

    The issue is that the folder icon has changed (on some PCs) from being yellow (which is how it has been since the launch of the new Edge):

    to being transparent, and therefore much harder to see the icons:

    Different PCs, same Windows 11 build and same build of Edge (131.0.2903.70 official build).

    Is this being A/B testing or is this a problem on one PC?

    I'm having the same issue. This post describes the issue perfectly. The white folder icons are weird. Hopefully, it's just a bug in the latest Edge update.

    I have exactly the same issue, currently running Edge Version 131.0.2903.112 (Official build) (64-bit) and Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 Build 22631.4602.

    The strange thing is it was fine until literally just now. I already had Edge open, closed it then reopened it do something else and then the folder icons were randomly clear and not yellow.

    Same issue on Windows 10 started today and I also received the "year in review from EDGE today" and I did not even open it, but after that, the yellow color disappeared from the icons on saved searches -

    none of the previously posted online instructions to go to the favorites folder and change icon color on the customized color selection area have any effect on this problem, nothing happenes when trying that.
