My favourites Bar icons in Windows 11 are not coloured. How can I restore the colour.

I would like to restore colour into my Favourite Bar now they are colourless.

    Folders stayed yellow until Edge put an update on my Windows 10 desktop today 4-9-2025 and took the color out of the folders again.

    Worked for over a month before they messed it up again.

    Someone at MSN should know this is an issue after I reported it along with everyone else who has sent feedback, and they still did it again.

    the folders not being yellow,

    AND EDGE CHANGING MY PRIVACY SETTING TO "ON" EVERYTIME THEY DO A RESTART OR UPDATE,

    BOTH GET REALLY ANNOYING AFTER A WHILE

    Same experience with my folders following today's Windows 11 update (4-9-25), though security settings appear to remain the same. I'll try the previous solution again, and see if it helps. Microsoft engineers lead a bland, black and white existence!
