Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on older Windows versions
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
We have an old Allen Martin BMS system which ran on IE. Even though there is a function in Edge to run in Explorer mode, it will not open.
Is there another way of gaining access as I have no control over the buildings heating or hot water at present & Allen Martin are no longer trading.

Hello, MHBMS1
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
Hello and thank you for your feedback. It sounds like you are facing challenges with your BMS system. Since Allen Martin has ceased trading and the system relies on Internet Explorer, which may not be fully supported by newer browsers such as Edge, you may need to explore other solutions.
One possible option is to try using Edge or Internet Explorer in compatibility mode. This mode can sometimes help older websites and systems work properly. You can usually access Compatibility Mode by clicking on the Settings menu (the three dots in the upper right corner) and selecting Settings or Internet Options, then navigating Search to Compatibility Settings.
If this method doesn't work, then you can only be advised to try to upgrade this system or consult the manufacturer for feedback and get some compatibility advice.
Alternatively, you can also head over to LEARN at the same time to get some help, you can visit the link below Microsoft Edge - Microsoft Q&A where there will also be more specialized EDGE users as well as engineers to provide you with some advice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
