Could you please let us know what your current operating system is? Is the URL that pops up an Edge support URL or something else? Try disconnecting your keyboard to see if the issue still occurs.
Also, try disabling these two Edge features and completely closing Edge in Task Manager to see if the problem still happens.

If the issue persists, please try entering safe mode and performing a clean boot of your system to see if the problem still occurs.
