    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

It sounds like you're experiencing a specific issue with Microsoft Edge and Bing. There could be several reasons for this, including issues with your browser settings, network connection problems, or even potential software bugs. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot:

    1. Clear Browsing Data: Your browser cache or cookies might be causing the problem. Go to "Settings" in Edge (you can access it by clicking on the three dots at the top right corner), then select "Privacy, search, and services". Under "Clear browsing data", click on "Choose what to clear", select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data", then click on "Clear". Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
    2. Disable Extensions: Sometimes browser extensions can interfere with web page loading. Try disabling all extensions in Edge to see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Reset Browser Settings: If clearing cache doesn't help, you might want to reset your browser settings completely (note that this will remove your history, cookies, and any saved website permissions). You can do this from Settings > Reset settings. Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
    4. Try a Different Network: If possible, try connecting to a different network (like a mobile hotspot) to see if it's an issue specific to your internet connection.

Remember that troubleshooting often involves trial-and-error so don't get discouraged if the first solution you try doesn't work - just move on to the next one!

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.

    Best regards

I've tried your suggestions, and I am still having the same issue. There are 2 other computers in the household and they are not having the issues.

I had the Bing Homepage gray screen issue today using Edge (Windows 10).

Switching my vpn location solved the problem. If you're using a vpn that may be the cause.

    Good luck with it.

I am having the same issue and it doesn't matter, if I use Edge with Bing as my search or Bing with the Google browser. Steps already taken to try to resolve the issue:

    Disabled AdBlocker

    Disabled McAfee web protection

    Cleared the cache

    Cleared the history

    Restarted the computer

And, of course none of those steps resolved the issue. Why, because it's on the Microsoft end that's causing it. Since the latest updates to both the Edge and Bing homepages about a week ago, the issues began. I contacted Microsoft Support and got a reply that they are aware of the issues and are currently trying to correct them. But, it doesn't correct all the search and earn points for a week lost to the issues.
