I agree. I noticed I can only get points for 4 searches per every 30 minutes and sometimes an hour later. I don't get any on the cellphone anymore using Bing or Edge. If they are ending this they should at least announce that they are. If they're putting time restraints for the searches, that too should be announced. That lame excuse about using bots to get points is truly ridiculous sense there's a maximum total amount of points per search one can get per day. Frankly, I have no idea how a bot works, let alone cheat to gain points. But, getting a straight answer from support is entirely useless!

I just wanted to chime in with you that first of all my being just started about 3 weeks ago where the homepage has everything there the little news things down to the bottom but when I click on the news story it goes to the results page and it has the you know Microsoft rewards and my name and all that written up top but the search part there's nothing written there it's just White but they've also done something you're still getting points but they're doing it really weird now I think they're trying to stop us when I do it on my phone I always do images it is look at those pictures I get points but the first three image search they don't show up as getting points but on the third one you get 15 points and some searches you don't get points so I always do more searches than necessary to get the right points and they don't show up correctly anymore but they're still there I'm sorry this is lengthy because I talked this text

As an update, I resolved the issue by changing my router's DNS to 8.8.8.8. The problem was with the default DNS server provided by my ISP.

Thank you. I tried this unfortunately it didn’t work for me. Thank you for the suggestion though. Glad you got results.
