notification bell and rewards icons missing in microsoft start default page on edge

since few days, the notification bell icon (rated/answered comments from media articles, new followers, etc ), smartphone icon and microsoft reward icon in the top-right corner of edge default home page (the one with daily news, weather, etc) all vanished, i have only the parameters icon available.

all notification are checked "on" in microsoft start config page.

and the icons appear without problems in the differents press articles pages, the missing icons problem seems to occur only in the edge new tab default page.

how to get the icons back???

    Hi Damien, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

    Have you tried adjusting the zoom level on the new tab page? In my case, when "Show feed" is off, the notification bell icon disappears. When it is on, only the bell icon appears. Adjusting the zoom level to 90% displayed all the icons for me when the 'Show feed' option is enabled. Try using Ctrl + Mouse Scroll Down to determine the zoom percentage that reveals all icons, as this varies with screen resolution.

    the show feed is "on" and it is not a zoom problem, even with 50% zoom, the weather, notification icon (and even medal and smartphone whatever if feed is "on" or "off"), don't show up anymore. Only the gear icon appear.

    but if i open a press article link, all the 4 icons show up in the daily news article page.

    I see. Have you tried deleting the new tab page data yet? See if deleting the site data could fix the issue. To do this, go to Edge Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data. Search ntp.msn.com then click the bin icon to remove all and check if the issue is fixed.

    no, clearing ntp cookies doesn't solve the problem. always only the gear icon, other icon don't show
