why am i not earning microsoft points like i usually do?

This is not a glitch, I have been doing the Bing/Microsoft rewards for 13 years back when it was just Bing rewards and no phone app, no tablets. The additional activities were 5 to 10 points up until about 3 months ago, now they are 1 or 2 points, some are worth nothing. The additional puzzle that will eventually get you a 1000 points keeps disappearing, I have only gotten it once. in the 13 years I have been doing this I have only gotten my streak to surpass the 365 days (1 full year) just this year despite never having missed a day doing searches, it would just randomly start over, I would lose my weekly streak as well. There is occasinally the birthdays for the day, where as they had them everyday before and it was the highlight of my day to see them. they don't do the This Day in History everyday and I loved that too. What the other people are saying about the searches is also true, each search is only a half search or a third. It consistantly shows I'm ready to redeem, even after I have redeemed. There used to be two or three punch cards, and each punch would get you at least 1 point but most often 5, now the punches get you nothing and only the completion gets you 50. The phone app only recently started working right but now the searches match the desktop, so are not counted for points even though they did at first. Microsoft is slowing making it not worth the 45 minutes of my day to use their search engine. Bing built up a following by offering these points, but Microsoft is pushing their loyal followers away with this behavior.

Lots of issues since Microsoft introduced this stupid 15 minutes between search rule and limited the number of searches to gain points. several times even when trying from the Dashboard you cannot earn any points, or it shows you have earned 3 points but those points do not add on your dashboard. at one point I lost Rewards altogether on my mobile, Bing app just didn't show a link on the homepage.

when you confront Microsoft you get the standard clear cookies reply which is pants, last year I lost my Streak count which was well into four figures for no reason, it was never reinstated when I complained

often get the; it's not you it's us' message on searches the 15 minutes wait often lasts longer, even after an hour on occasion I haven't earned any points for searches

Microsoft are just making more difficult and frustrating now to use Rewards, it's no longer fun

I am having the same issue. Microsoft is definitely doing this on purpose. Generally, I do a lot of searches before I leave the house for the day. However, Bing doesn't like the idea of the searches being done at the same time. I am getting very irritated with Bing.

My wife and I will stop using bing.
