why am i not earning microsoft points like i usually do?

Basically the same thing happens to me, started about a week ago seemingly without any reason. Microsoft edge bonus was removed, I used to get 3 points for every search but now i get only 3 for about 5 searches, the 1000 point "puzzle" thing was also removed, daily sets NEVER refresh and have never refreshed anyway. The max amount of points I can get every day is now only 150, which is already hard enough due to most searches giving nothing.

The problem is not in cookies or cache, I tried clearing but nothing would work. It's also not about the browser or device. Could anyone explain why this is happening???

I am facing the same issue. This has nothing to do with clearing cookies or whatever. I have tried incognito or private browsing for both Chrome and MS Edge and got the same results. For every 2x or 3x searches I do I will get 5 points instead of 1 search to 5 points. The only conclusion that I came up with is MS is slowly changing the behavior of 1 search for 5 points by getting people used to 2x to 3x searches for 5 points. Why do I say this is that my "Daily Search Breakdown" no longer shows the X/20 for MS Edge searches.

I am hoping that I am wrong.

I'm finding the same thing and it's getting really frustrating. Plus they've taken away points and reduced the value of other points.

Microsoft Rewards has chosen to set up these accounts in different ways. It will only allow me to do three searches and then stop. I like waking up with my hot beverage and searching for the latest headlines and such; it will only count 3 searches. I clear my cache and it makes no difference. I have contacted support on several occasions only getting crickets. My daughter has an account and said she has been experiencing a difference but not as bad as mine.

I am having the same issue. Also, they removed daily edge bonus points. Now i only have 2 ways to earn Microsoft Rewards points, and that is mobile and pc search.
