For some reason, I no longer have the Web Select option in the right-click context menu. I still have Web Capture, but Web Select is no longer there. Did MS remove this feature, or is it a bug?

Use a copy and paste extension. I use this one and it is working great so far for me.
I did not have to deisable javascript or anything. Can't say it will work on every site but it does on what I need it for.
Dang, now I have to go back and copy a bun of matches I have already read!

try holding down shift and ctrl ,with right hand and w left type x then s, it works for me..
Hi, I used to copy text from webpages using the Edge feature as well. I have been using Text Extractor for selecting text on webpages since yesterday. The Text Extractor is part of PowerToys. There is a guide how to install the PowerToys here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/install. After I had installed the PowerToys, I selected the Text Extractor module. I checked the Activation shortcut and enabled the module. Now when I press the shortcut, I can select an area where the text is. After that the text is saved in the clipboard.
