How do I remove Edge from my computer completely?

I have Windows 10 Pro running my computer and would like to completely get rid of Edge. I don't use it and don't plan on ever using it so it's basically just a nuisance to me. Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know, it isn't possible to get rid of Edge completely. However, you can install some other web browser and set it as the system default.

    Is there an option short of going without Windows?

    I like my option: I made Google Chrome my default browser. As a result, I never see Microsoft Edge. It never opens.

    This is so frustrating to me! I do not like Edge! I thought I had uninstalled it completely and it popped right back up. It's slow and cumbersome. Is there an option short of going without Windows?

    I get an error when entering this command:
