Edge suddenly stopped completing downloading PDFs after update yesterday. Cant uninstall. All files remain as "Unconfirmed XXXXX.crdownload". Tried all usual fixes, AV, clear history, turn off all extensions, repair/reinstall, different folder, etc. Chrome and all other browsers save just fine! Saving as webpages works fine too, just save as PDF does not.

I have the same issue but not only with PDF but with any file. I've disabled Smartscreen policy in InTune but nothing helps. No logs anywhere that indicate something is being blocked.

I have the same problem since two days and tried already all proposed fixes without success so far. Interestingly I can open the CR downlad files only, if they are attached to an MS Outlook E-Mail not as such.

This setting is managed by the IT at the company. It is already set to the "ON" position and cannot be changed. Obviously this is related to a recent update. Hopefully you'll come up with a global fix soon.
