Edge suddenly stopped completing downloading PDFs after update yesterday. Cant uninstall. All files remain as "Unconfirmed XXXXX.crdownload". Tried all usual fixes, AV, clear history, turn off all extensions, repair/reinstall, different folder, etc. Chrome and all other browsers save just fine! Saving as webpages works fine too, just save as PDF does not.

Thank you very much! Selecting print>microsoft print to pdf, it skips the queue and saves just fine. This solved my same problem!
I had this exact same problem, and what I did is change the print setting from save to PDF to print to pdf BOOM!! Working again Hope this helps anyone!!!
I'm having the same issue in my organization. Staff with Edge updated prior to the latest update are able to download / save as PDF without issue. Once they install the latest update to Edge, their Save as PDF option is no longer functioning. Print to PDF works as a workaround for now but we'd like the Save as PDF option fixed, please.
Running into this issue as well. I had mixed results using "Microsoft Print to PDF" option vs the "Save to PDF" option. I went ahead and installed cutePDF writer for people that were running into this, and that seems to be working more consistently.
Having the same issue as well. Went through many hours of troubleshooting, this seems to be isolated to "Save as PDF" in edge." As others have said, print to PDF works, but it does not even show the files in the downloads. Patiently waiting for a fix or any sort of response. :)
