Status Access Violation issues

Here is further evidence of defective Intel 14th gen CPU causing Status Access Violation issues. In March, I had a Canadian computer retailer build me a gaming PC based on a 14900K and 4080 Super. The system ran without issue until mid-June when I started seeing Status Access Violation (SAV) errors on Chrome and Edge. Initially, the errors were infrequent (once a day) but grew in number to the point that I would experience as often as 20 a day. I tried to address these problems by: reinstalled Edge and Chrome, cleared and reset browsers, deleted all cookies/history, deleted all extensions, updated all drivers, and disabled hardware acceleration. This had no effect, and I was now experiencing blue screens crashes.

By mid July, I sent my PC in for service. Unfortunately, they could not replicate my issues after running for over 24 hours. I know why - the issues have to be triggered through continual interaction. For example, having a continuous loop running on YouTube will not trigger this behavior. However, with Event Viewer, I was able to document that I was now experiencing BSD as often as every second day. Also, it helped that I kept literally hundreds of screen-captures of SAV errors. The service centre agreed to try swapping out my 14900K with a new one on July 26. Since then, I have not had a single SAV errors or BSD.

I want to end with a shout-out to my PC builder, Memory Express, which is a Canadian retail chain. Every component of my build was specified by me for which the pricing for each part was pretty much the same has Amazon or Newegg. The system was then assembled and tested by Memory Express for only $75. Technically, the warranty for each component of my build is the responsibility for each respective manufacturer. Instead, Memory Express took responsibility to swap my 14900K at no cost to me and took over any interactions required to get Intel to get a RMA.

I used to not have this issue, until I had to install Vanguard to play Riot games, which required me to enable fTPM and TPM 2.0 on my AMD system. As soon as I did, I started getting this same error. I've found no fix yet.

EDIT: Found out one of my RAM sticks was corrupted. Replacing it seems to have eliminated all problems.

I can't recall if I read anything related to Antivirus. Does anybody have any idea if there could be any relation?

Hey, it's been few months but I had the exact same issue and was able to fix it. It's definitely the CPU, the culprit behind almost any problem you may run into in your current system, I've had this struggle for weeks and even swapped browsers, formatted my windows 4 times, played around with GPU drivers and tried older versions of browsers but all couldn't help.The final thing that seem to have fixed it for me is going to the BIOS and setting PL1 & PL2 both to 253 and ICC to 307A, set CPU clock ratio to 57, set Vcore Voltage mode to "Adaptive Vcore", VT Offset Mode to "Legacy" Vcore offsete -0.045v, CPU Internal AD/DC Loadline to "Performance" and CPU Vcore Loadline Calibration to "High".

I'm running a 14900k but both Intel 13th gen and 14th gen are hit hard with instability issues, yours is likely the same and you should contact Intel if you're within the 3 years Warranty, my problem was fixed but at the cost of some performance which is why I'm RMA'ing my CPU and going AMD instead, but if you don't want to go that route, try the settings above, they could be slightly different if your mobo isn't Gigabyte aorus but you should be able to find them on youtube for any mobo

Same issue for over 5months now. Didnt change anything in my setting.
Also tried differents solutions suggested, nothing is working. I can t use tool im paying because of this issue.
