Suddenly unable to use "collections" on Edge

Hello

That started suddenly

Activating the "collection" tab on Edge produce the following error in

"This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."

And on mobile (Edge for Android), "collection" buttons give that error:

"It's not you, it's us

Bing isn't available right now, but everything should be back to normal very soon."

This occurs only with my profile synced to my Microsoft account. Other profiles using other account work find on both devices

I would be Ok to completely erase my synced profile (but I don't know how to do that) but *not* my Microsoft account.

Will be glad if we could just delete my collections from my profile sync and reset them to blank but no options to do it.

Try contacting support. It helped at least one person on this thread for whom Collections continued not to work after it was fixed for others.

i have downloaded the most recent update for bing and it worked on my collections for a time but now it is blocked again. please help
