Suddenly unable to use "collections" on Edge

Hello

That started suddenly

Activating the "collection" tab on Edge produce the following error in

"This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."

And on mobile (Edge for Android), "collection" buttons give that error:

"It's not you, it's us

Bing isn't available right now, but everything should be back to normal very soon."

This occurs only with my profile synced to my Microsoft account. Other profiles using other account work find on both devices

I would be Ok to completely erase my synced profile (but I don't know how to do that) but *not* my Microsoft account.

Edge got a fix a couple of days after I posted. I checked with my backup file and all was correct. Check to see you have the latest version of Edge, if not install it, reboot and check again. If still no collections do you have a backup? If so place it back into the Collections folder with the correct name, reboot and try again.

Contact Microsoft technical support for assistance in getting your "Collections" to work. I took that route, and it was successful for me.
