That started suddenly
Activating the "collection" tab on Edge produce the following error in
"This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."
And on mobile (Edge for Android), "collection" buttons give that error:
"It's not you, it's us
Bing isn't available right now, but everything should be back to normal very soon."
This occurs only with my profile synced to my Microsoft account. Other profiles using other account work find on both devices
I would be Ok to completely erase my synced profile (but I don't know how to do that) but *not* my Microsoft account.

a lot of my work is tied up because of this , please resolve this
i am very suspicious of this as well as the data I was collecting is of the very same brand of content the government has been censoring the people for, i screenshot most of it but still i am pissed
I'm attempting to reconnect with MS chat to resolve this issue. A "system restore" effort didn't appear to fix this issue.
