Hello
That started suddenly
Activating the "collection" tab on Edge produce the following error in
"This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."
And on mobile (Edge for Android), "collection" buttons give that error:
"It's not you, it's us
Bing isn't available right now, but everything should be back to normal very soon."
This occurs only with my profile synced to my Microsoft account. Other profiles using other account work find on both devices
I would be Ok to completely erase my synced profile (but I don't know how to do that) but *not* my Microsoft account.

Hi everyone,
The engineers are working to restore Collection functionality as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Update: We have fixed the problem. We appreciate your feedback and cooperation.
Same here, being trying most of the day to resolve with the usual fixes to no avail. Your data should be OK it can be found here :
C:\Users*your user name*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Collections (you can copy and paste this into Explorer)
There will be one or two files in there:
collectionsSQLite & collectionsSQLite-journal - you can copy these files to your desktop for extra safety
One will have 0kb the other a number, e.g. 74kb (depending upon the number of collections you have, I have hundreds)
Wait for the fix from MS and your collections should reappear. If not then you will need to close edge go to the above folder and ensure the '-journal' file has the larger file size, if not rename it with OLD- at the front then name the other file with -journal added to the end. Reboot and try Edge and Collections again.

I thought I saw a reply to this about you can see your local collections when you sign out of the profile you are syncing collections with. I did this and did find I could see the collections on my pc and the links worked just not syncing. Kinda afraid my collections may get wiped out. I had an issue some months back where it was not properly syncing across devices and lost saved URLs.
When you get used to using something and rely on it and it breaks and you lose stuff, it really makes you not want to use the service\product any more. Sigh.
I was just using Collections yesterday and was planning to refer to one of the links today but now it doesn't work. I restarted my PC and it makes no difference. Get with it Microsoft!
