How to contact Facebook support as my account has been taken over.

I 100% think this is also happening at Facebook through those young people who work for META through Genpact. I know for a fact that they have "incentive" bonuses granted for whoever sells the most ads to clients. I know this because I interviewed for an Operations position with Genpact last month. I didn't get the job; however, my Facebook account was hacked last Friday morning around 1:30 a.m. My bank caught the transaction of $999.00 in Facebook ads being attempted to be bought. What hacker would attempt to buy Facebook ads? It doesn't make sense. I know these hacking are on the rise, so I also think it's happening at META. And something needs to be done. The young man who was attempting to help me also turned out to be a hacker. I stopped the payment of what I'd paid him and he stopped helping me but he was pretending to unlock my account.. While I was communicating with him I got emails directly from Facebook - legit emails. So why would they respond to him and not to me? Because he works there!! It's all a scam, This need to be brought to someone's attention.

Hi Guys, I'm dealing with the same thing. I got hacked on December 8th at 1:30 a.m. THROUGH INSTAGRAM. I also think this is being done at Facebook. I Had 2-Factor Authentication set up and they still got to my account. Disabeled my real Instagram account and attached a fake one. Then they attempted to spend $999.00 in ads! My bank caught this. My Bank card is currently compromised. Then I reached out to someone who I thought could help me. Turns out he's also a thief but he was communicating with Facebook. I got emails from META while this was going on. So, I'd paid him $76.00 to help me "Fix" my problem. Fortunately, I stopped the transaction from going through and now he ghosted me about an hour ago. He was still pretending to help me until PayPal notified him of my complaint. The weird thing is $999.00 in Facebook ads being bought. As fate would have it, I was up for a job with Genpact last month and I absolutely know these are the people who run the META ads. I did not get this job but I have enough knowledge to know it is a ton of young people who work there and they are hiring just about anybody to work in those positions. These are the people who are hacking people's accounts. I would not say this but I feel the attempt to purchase $999.00 in ads was very suspicious. These people get "rewards" through a merit system depending on how much ads they sell. I think this is the motivation for these hacking. Meanwhile, my account is still disabled. I've had my FAcebook account since 2010. All my family and childhood friends and photo albums. It's a very small group of people on my account and now it's gone. I'm really trying to get help to recover my account.

Does anyone know how I can contact facebook support please to recover my hacked account. I can't get into the account as the hacker has changed the password and e-mail account. They have sent me to demands for money which appear to be 'from' my own e-mail account and 'to' my own email account - does that mean they can see all my e-mails and contacts?

I have already been and changed all my passwords which I can still get into and have changed my passwords on my e-mail account. Is there anything I can do?
