Why Do Micro Soft Favorite Web Pages Load Real Slow

I have 3 computers all of which are Windows 7 using Micro Soft Edge with Sync turned on. One Computer will open all Favorites very fast and will automatically load login information very fast.

The problem I am having is that 2 of the computers take several minutes to load any MS favorite page that requires login information and will not automatically load login info, for example MS Account and Outlook Email, and after I enter the login info, it takes several more minutes for the login info to be loaded.  Also, if a MS favorite page loads and then offers the option to login and login info is entered, it takes several more minutes for the login info to be loaded.    All non MS favorite pages load very fast on these 2 computers and login info is automatically loaded.  So the problem only occurs with Micro Soft favorite pages.  I previously did not have this problem and do not know when it began. 

I have verified that all computers have the same Passwords, Favorites Addresses and Sync is turned on.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Sometimes you can get errors like this if you are using Edge and have extensions installed which are using up resources.

    You can check for this and disable any extension by following these steps:

    Elise,

    I opened MS Edge and it states “You haven’t installed any extensions”.  Please note the slow loading problem only occurs on 2 of 3 computers and only with Micro Soft web pages that require login information to open, or after login information is entered for Micro Soft web pages that have opened and then offer the option to login.  So, it appears the problem is only on Micro Soft sites when login information is loaded.  This problem does not occur with favorites that are not Micro Soft web pages.  Have any other ideas?  Thanks for your help!

    That is quite odd that it only happens at the login stage, have you checked if you have the same issue when using another browser such as Chrome of Firefox?

    Elise,

    I installed Google Chrome and it opened all MS login sites very fast.  When entering their password, Google reported my password was found in a Data Breach and recommend changing it.  So I installed a new password for all MS sites and Google Chrome still loaded all of them very fast.   But after changing their password, the computer that previously loaded all MS sites okay, is now also very slow loading MS sites just like the other 2 computers.  It is odd that I have been using Edge since 2000 on all 3 computers and have not had a problem until recently.   Initially I do not like Google Chrome and hope the problem with MS Edge can be resolved.  Thanks for your help!
