Hi, Jerry,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
Usually, this problem is caused by cached information on the browser, clearing the browser cache should fix this problem.
1-Open the browser then press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
2-Click on the advanced tab and change the time range to 'All'
3-Check all options then click on the Clear button.
4-When finished, relaunch the browser and check if the problem was fixed
Alert: This procedure will delete all cached files including saved passwords and autofill information.
Other possible causes for this error are:
-Third-party antivirus, if you have one try to disable it temporarily and then try to access eBay
-Third-party extensions. Try to disable all extensions and then try to access eBay again
1-Open the Microsoft Edge
2-Type: edge://extensions/ in the address bar and press enter
3-Disable all extensions
4-Relaunch the browser and try to access eBay again
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.
