It seems ever since my laptop updated to Windows 11, I get this error for trying to access Costco or Lego.

Yeah it sounds like it's specific to that machine. But that's super interesting that the VPN doesn't help. I don't think I've seen other people having that problem - so not sure how to help.

Maybe check your DNS or Proxy settings on that device and see how it differs with other devices?

If you put that laptop on a hotspot/different wifi - do the sites work?

I just changed my laptop wifi to my Iphone hotspot, and nothing changed, no web access. To make sure I opened few other websites with no issues. No hotspot worked for them.

UPS started doing this today for me as well started a couple of hours ago.

I dug a bit further following takabanana's input. I ended up with an "No registry was found for this FQDN" error from one DNS site. Could others try the same thing and see if you get the same results? Not sure whether to Microsoft or Xfinity (owned by Comcast) has the issue.

1. I have Xfinity. I called them and tried to get them to change the IP Address. The would not. I have my own NetGear Cable Modem.
2. I turned off my cable modem for more than 24 hours.
3. The IP Address did change, but problem continues.
4. I checked the blacklist sites again

• https://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check  NO ISSUES
• https://dnschecker.org/ip-blacklist-checker.php  ONE ISSUE flagged (see below) The 2nd one had one site flagged. Same issue flagged yesterday with a different IP Address.

b) I then clicked on the Details and here is what came up leaving off the IP Address

There is some traffic about fortigate firewall and FQDN issues. ???

Using Bing search: Blacklist due to No registry was found for this FQDN

Perhaps the websites or Microsoft are using Fortigate v2.6. The release notes for this software is April 17. I started having the problem before this. Fortigate v2.8 is supposed to fix it. See: FQDN address object shows unresolved in G... - Fortinet Community

I do have one mapped network drive and am using Radmin VPN. Perhaps that is triggering the Fortigate issue.
